Miracle built his career from the inside of organisations, coordinating textbook production, working across government-linked educational reforms, and leading operations in publishing and education in Cameroon. He became skilled at one thing above all: turning strategy into reality in environments where the standard playbook did not apply.
What he kept witnessing, across sectors, across organisations, was the same recurring failure: talented teams struggling not because of incompetence, but because they were operating with systems imported from elsewhere, built on assumptions that did not match their reality. That pattern became the founding problem ENOVAN was built to solve. ENOVAN Consulting launched in 2022. ENOVAN Academy followed in 2025, to build the generation of professionals equipped to work at that intersection.
